Create Two Similar Membership Sites

I want to develop two fresh new "membership" sites that require .asp (or .aspx) database programming. I need a developer but not a web designer. These sites will each have different content, but they will be programmed in a similar way. I am sure the developer will be able to re-use code from one to use with the other. Only words and some variables will change. "Members" each have a "page." I want a user to get a username/password, complete an application and pay me, using PayPal. The content in their application creates the page. They need to be able to upload two photos. (I will show you how I want the page to display.) They can edit the page at any time, but I need to give approval to activate it. The members get automatic renewal reminders each year. I need an online admin tool for me that allows me to edit the page and edit or insert other variables. Visitors to the site can search for or view members using several variables, e.g., All, Topic, Fees, Location, etc. I am looking for someone with experience creating membership sites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows XP, all 3.0+ versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape and Mozilla Firefox, and Linux.
