Custom Elgg Theme/ Plugins

Hello, I am very familiar with Elgg but I do need some help with the CSS of the site. I have done my best but time to call in reinforcements. I have all the graphics ready to go for the theme. For those of you unfamiliar with Elgg you can visit their site at [login to view URL] The theme Im asking for is not a major change from the default theme, minor tweaks to color and some nav icons etc. Small things. Should be quick and easy for those well versed in CSS. The Plugins are a simple widget that allows people to scroll through pictures and leave feedback. I also need a plugin called "Find a home" Where users can scroll through pictures and send message to admin of advice on the picture. And a final plugin that shows a list of Assignments that can be added to and when clicked takes user to detailed page of assignment. Look forward to your bids, message me with any questions.
