Billing panel

The project will involve a php billing system that will process payments through paypal and credit cards. (merchant 2co for the cc) The billing system should include a login for clients, administrators. A sign up form, for packages and a small ticket area, and cpanel creation. For the cpanel creation. I only require to activate the account. No other features. Almost like clientexec has that you can activate an account that has signed up. Major pluses are able to sign up stats, edit customer profiles. IP logging. Another feature should be, like 2checkout with there gateway but with domains. Will provide api documentation on this. The "script" should be integrated into our xhtml design. Cross browser valid. ## Deliverables Deliverables should be completed before payment, over viewed on there or our server. 50% will be paid for all files to be received by us from the selected programmer. Then the other 50% will be sent after it is installed on our server. By then we should have all files, and the selected programmer should have all funds. ## Platform The "Script" should be able to run on all platforms as it will be coded in PHP. Cross browser valid.
