Access to asp.net/SQL migration

We have a front-end/back-end MS Access application that we want to migrate to asp.net with a SQL backend and vb.net code behind. We want it to run as a web application. The application can be thought of as an advanced version of the northwinds database that ships with Access. We have around 130 forms and 130 reports and a fair bit of VBA code behind. There will be no functionality changes in this first project, just a straight migration of function and look and feel. We would expect to form a patnership with the contracted company to continue to support us on the new platform. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Fully documented code ## Platform Needs to run on IIS. Can do development platform on MSDE.
