ASP Backend for online survey

We are creating an online survey. We have created all screens with questions, are in need of backend ASP/VBScript (and Javascript event handling in one case) via a DSNless connection to an Access 2003 database (already created). See Deliverables section for detail. ## Deliverables 1. Login/Session Management - Process login (1 field only in DB) - Decision to: * verify (login) first time * determine completed survey before (last completed question field = end) * continue survey where left off (last completed question field = __ sends to that question) --> create array or table constant of value to page to send to * deny/error in password - Update last activity field in DB with date and time 2. All Survey Question Pages - Write responses to DB where user ID = __ - Javascript to submit answered questions if window closed - Write last question answered (hidden form field) to DB 3. Specific Functionality of Certain Pages - Javascript: If option (radio button) 1, 2, or 3 is chosen for a specific question, a pop up is to appear asking for more detail. - Javascript: If option is chosen for a specific question, a textarea appears (within same page -- IFRAME, possibly?) asking for more detail. - ASP: Depending on answers from previous question (5 checkboxes) present rating question about that vendor corresponding with that previous checkbox as on/1. For example: 2 of the 5 checkboxes are checked, then only 2 rating response radio boxes would be displayed. 4. Admin section - E-mail handling to send initial invitation and reminders * will hard code template text and sending e-mail address. * insert three fields (password/userID, Name, Rep Name) * initial invitation button sends to all where email is not null * reminder button sends to all where last activity is null or last question does not equal end * Use CDONTS as basic mail handler - Brief Reporting (count) of completed surveys by Rep_code (heading), Territory (subhead), and priority code (detail) to be selected via value list populated with Rep_code and Rep_Name - Ability to create one .csv file (of constant name) by manually starting process with button and display link for downloading. - Hard code admin password for entry, no session necessary. _________________________________________________ TYPICAL RENTACODER VERBIAGE: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
