Desktop mini app to capture user-defined values into MSSQL database

We have need for the development of a desktop application (which needs to be .net) which will be deployed onto any number of client desktops and: 1. Be downloadable as an MSI or setup installer onto Windows 7 + PCs 2. Will have a simple interface where a parameter file will post data to a web service 3. A returned of data will then create alist of fields requiring data inputted into (up to 10 text fields) 4. On save a confirm window will replay the data to the screen 5. Option to change any of the data or confirm 6. Confirmation will send data back to web service which will then place data into a SQL server database (already configured) The application will need to run from the system tray as well as an independent program files listing and will be branded based on client parameters. Only .net application bids please due to client compliance.
