I can do this work, I have read it all and understood it well work is little challenging and i am ready to take challenges you mentioned yahoo's post data , It is not as simple though coz yahoo is using cookies (2 cookies infact) as mentioned in your fiddler capture and for each website it will be a different approach to get logged in so basically we have to change each request at root level (when the request will be made) i can do this and i will love to do it Thank you!
