Create a Mobile app for existing website game

I need applications developed for IOS and Android using Appache Cordova or Phonegap. I have a Facebook game which you can see here: [login to view URL] The game is simple card game and does not have some special effects so it can be easily ported to IOS and Android using any of the two mentioned before. Knowing how to do this with Cordova is a plus but actually I only need html/css created for 2 or 3 more resolutions to cover those small phones screens. I have a designer who can help so I only need html/css person to create this game in other resolutions. I will talk more about it privately with the selected freelancer.
