Android and iPhone application for sport job adds

Possible penalties are: - When you give a part of your work for review if there are more than five found errors the total amount of the project is reduced by 5% (this point can be negotiated) - If on a review a defect is found and reported, if the reported defect is not fixed in the next review the total amount of the project is reduced by 5% . These penalties are introduced because I expect that you as a service provider do good quality assurance before each review. Hope you understand. REQUIREMENTS: I need an Android and an iPhone application together with a desktop or web administration panel. On the admin panel the admin has the ability to insert sport job adds, make adds active on inactive, delete and edit adds, and search adds. The screenshot is given for the admin panel. The Android and iPhone applications are client applications where users can see the sport adds, save individual adds, create searches, save searches, and set the search results to be sent to the client's e-mail. The search can be performed by the same fields as on the admin panel screenshot (contract duration, country, division...). When a client looks at an add he can see the add details, but there will be no contact information to the sport job provider. The client needs to pay a fee, and after that he will be sent contact details on the e-mail. I will need to consult with you about the payment options. These are the requirements in short.
