I need a DCS (server) for a cheap chinese GPS RF-V16, the unit is already communicating wit the server but is not parsing.. so I need some one with experience on this. Must have his own opengts server to test, I can point the device to your server so you can start testing.

I've been working with OpenGTS and GTS Enterprise for almost 3 years, and hwve written several DCS Currently I provide support to 12 customers that use OpenGTS and GTS Enterprise on an ongoing basis. Since the device is communicating with the server, and all you need is the parser written this will be a fairly simple task. I have looked at the communications protocol for the device it is simple enough. I do have an openGTS server that we can use for development, and testing. The 7 day project time is to ensure, we have time for proper testing, and to allow time for fine tuning. Please contact me through Freelancer if you have any questions, or other requirements
