The client must have all the best features of these clients called Resilience, Iridium, Flare, Era, Tyrant, Vivid, Cheese, Direkt, XIV, Protocol, Icarus, Huzuni, Eximius, Weepcraft, and Serenity. The features that I want from those client will be told to you once you are awarded the project or chat with me. Some features that I would like to have but not sure is possible are 1 hit kills, ability to kill people who are in creative mode, be able to see players who are in /vanish, have my username tag constantly change, be immune to IP and username bans. The client MUST be undetectable by NoCheat, NoCheatPlus, AntiCheat, and AntiCheatPlus. All the hacks on the client must bypass.

Even though I haven't tried making a modded client of my own, I have tried making several mods, which were used in a non-cheating way.
