The error occurs because the code tries to find a woocommerce shopping cart and animate it when the page scrolls. This cart doesn't exist at the time which causes a crash. I would check in real time if the cart exist then attempt to scroll it, or if the cart is never going to be there remove the code. I am not sure that's the problem though as I was unable to reproduce the background loading issue
