CSS design

fluent in English or Spanish, must know how to use github, and be available during -7 time zone, I need some css improvement for a site, although the site looks ok, the css is not properly abstracted, i.e. two elements that look the same have a different id instead of the same class, and I cannot tolerate improperly abstracted css code. The working relationship might turn into a long-term, please post your hourly rate, and at least couple of examples for which you hand coded css
