Create a module for a CRM with Java / Postgresql

We produce a software which is similar to a crm and is written in Java with a postgreSQL server in the backend. To support our chief developer we want to find someone who can write one functionality (including Views): Progress example for user who wants to create a new address-research 1. Menu --> File --> New/Open --> Address Research 2. Open View_Address_Research 37 3. Push button "New" 4. Open View_Research_Details 26 5. Choose an origin, Fill out name, start, latest end , gross quantity and supplyer for general information 6. Push Butten "Add option" 7. Open View_Add_Researchoption 42 8. Fill out the Jobtitle, Planed list name, regarding functions this jobtitle belongs to and the description to explain additional things 9. Push button "Add" (close view) 10. Back to View_Research_Details 26 11. Push button "Save" 12. Close View_Research_Details 26 13. Close View_Address_Research 37 What already exists? - The database structure (If necessary/senseful it can be adapted) - Mockups of views - List with all field names - Example layout of views - Date pick field - Postgresql database where u can get access to - Code example from existing funcionalities - same SQL statements which can be used or adapted to fill tables or fields Additional conditions: - Software should be developed in english - No performance issues - clean writing without errors and in the same structur of existing code - Code should be easy for our chief developer to be inserted in existing environement General: - We expect a short report every day about the progress, the sourcecode backup file and a compiled jar file so that we can run tests - We need a code example to see your skills and your way in writing the code - All rights (especially to use/sell/copy/edit the software and the whole copyright), of the produced code and all regarding things of this job go to our property for all payed things - Eclipse as developer tool is preferred Milestones: 1. Designing all Views possiblility done (10% of job is payed) 2. Developing the functionality except (80% of job is payed) 3. After finishing the job 2 month later the rest of 10% is payed when bugs are corrected We have a CRM Software which exists in version 1.0 as an access project. It was not used in production and should now developed in a new stand alone and professional way to sell licences to our customers in Version 2.0. We are still developing and want to accelerate the process.
