Charter Schools Information managment system - This project is developed a 3 tier J2EE application solution to manage all aspects of the school from students, instructors, and different schools location. - A Web Based User interface to allow the creation of student, instructor and schools profile, and create a unique identify for each - A search page to all to report on student per school, and show Google map of student and school on the map -per different geo location, per instructors; - report on student per grade, subjects, - report on student ratio per instructions - allow also to search for school follow the same process, and be able to show the Google map of a school once click on school address The web based user interface will be implemented HTML/JSP/JSF/Servlet. A business logic using session bean,and back-end persistent layer using JPA and JDBC. The data model will be provided and it will be based on a rational database using SQL. the key objectives are as follow: –Ability to assign unique identifiers to be used for students, teachers, and schools –Ability to Track students using unique identifier –Ability to follow the progress of the student throughout the primary with regards to performance –Ability to provide information on the financial assistance awarded to the student, other than the regular subsidy for tuition (i.e: UNICEF student kits, grant, loan...) –Ability to query and update students specific data –Ability to query and update schools and teachers specific data –Ability to provide basic school information (address and/or GPS location, contact information, name and contact of Headmaster/Director and the category of the school (public, non public ) –Ability to provide school profile and history of inspection by head inspector
