Create an Overlay Banner Ad for Jwplayer

Hello, I need this AnyAd script converted to Jwplayer: [login to view URL] It basically creates an overlay div over the player on a given time or at start of the video, that script controls the player start and stop function, to stop the video playback while showing the ad or not, depending on the kind of ad, and there are many other options, I want them all working with Jwplayer.
