Coded theme needs to be integrated with Smarty template system

Hi, I have a theme that was designed and coded (bootstrap based) by an independent freelancer. I now need this theme to be integrated in my existing system which uses the Smarty template engine. This is a make over of an existing design, so much of the code layout will be made available to you for reference. You will be given a fresh install of the system/script on a subdomain. You will have ftp access to this install. You need to replace the current theme with the new theme that has been coded. All it needs to be done is integrated. The ideal candidate for this job would be very well versed with CSS(3)/HTML(5) and should possess at least some past experience of working with the Smarty template system. Good working knowledge of javascript/jquery is also going to be more or less a requirement. Most JS functions are already coded, but I believe some adjustments may be required when the integration goes underway. The overall work involves integration of approximately 15-20 pages, most of which will base off a singular/global header/footer template file. So once you have that done, the rest of the work should be a breeze. There's very few pages that have dynamic content; most others have static content/elements. P.S: I will also need this theme converted to a responsive design at some point in the future, so if you have experience and skill with that, I'll consider it an added plus.
