Create Lead Management Software

You must create a piece of lead management software. The software is fundamentally simple: Take down a persons name, phone #, place of business, etc. and send it to the server for further processing via AJAX The software must be very flexible as far as sorting. The user should be able to sort by name, bus address, the last time they were contacted and this has to be done dynamically (ajax) So the database should be optimized for this. I also need the server to be very secure and prevent someone from injecting any kind of sql statements, also it should be protected from any sort of spamming from a person on the inside. A login system is also needed.
