Android Amazon App

I need an android app developed for use when browsing [login to view URL] The concept will be simple: You are looking for a particular item on [login to view URL] and it is out of stock (needs to be based on availability from [login to view URL] only, not 3rd party sellers) and you want to be notified immediately when it come back in stock. There will be a button on the phone screen "Alert Me" that will send a text or e-mail (user preference) when that item comes back in stock. The text will be a simple text line saying "Your item is back in stock!" and a link to that item. Upon installing , the user will input their preference for alerting, their text number and their preferred email. This can be changeable at anytime via an admin section. I may want this developed for the iPhones at some point as well. Thats it, please let me know if you have any questions.
