PSD Files need created Into a HTML website

Hello, This should be a simple job for anyone good at HTML.I need this project done within the next week. I have .PSD files already, and I need them created into a HTML website that I can modify using Dreamweaver. Here is what I need: 1. Home page created from .psd file turned into a html file. 2. Internal Page created from .psd. I can use the internal page as a template to create a lot of the pages and add content. 3.I need someone to create me a portfolio page from the .PSD files I already have. 4. The home page would have a simple Flickr images feed like on this page. [login to view URL] 5. I want website links to highlight/change color when someone Hoovers their mouse on them. Kind of like how they are on this site. [login to view URL] 6. I may need some of the .psd files tweaked or changed. I expect your company to be able to do the work. You will not need to create any brand new pages, but you may need to change a .psd file I send a little. If you are interested please send me your portfolio, and price.
