Small, friendly office is seeking a full time bookkeeper. This person should be upbeat, reliable, responsible and willing to pitch in where ever necessary. Ability to multi task is also a necessity ** Duties will include: **Answering Phones ** Order Entry / Billing ** Account Receivable (cash postings and minimal collection calls) ** Accounts Payable (invoice posting and check runs) ** Assisting Customers with any issues ** General Office Duties Ideal candidate should posses the following attributes: ** Well Organized ** Detail Orientated ** Basic Computer Skills required, knowledge of Word and Excel a must ** Work well independently as well as part of a team ** Protect confidential / proprietary information ** Maintain honest, respect and integrity at all times No felonies, drug test may be required.
