We need someone who can help us answer customer service emails and check orders before processing them each day. This is a long-term, ongoing position. Responsibilities: - Checking orders for problems before approving them to send to the warehouse on Monday-Friday by 7:30 am EST - Updating inventory records - Sending customers a feedback request form weekly - Checking customer support emails daily Requirements: - Must be fluent in English • Must have reliable internet connection and no frequent power outages • Must have good computer skills • Must be a team player, patient and has warm personality • Must be comfortable interacting with customers daily • Must have previous customer service experience Notes: I have a detailed training website with instructions and FAQ's so you can quickly learn the material. ***** NO agencies please.
