Theoretical background and experience specifically in steel structures is needed,add to that a very good knowledge in analysis and design of steel structures using advanced modeling software such as ETABS, SAP2000, Robot structural analysis. Further more analysis and design must be later on converted into design of connections of elements depending on exported results so a 3D representation of the whole structure detailng can be done using Autocad structural drawings in addition to a project BOQ. all this can be done within time constraints and with high accuracy and product value.
