Build a native Android application

We require an experienced Android developer to build a multi screen application. The application is for a health company and requires several different components. The components and screens include: 1. Home screen - 2 buttons (sign in, register). Slow spinning animation of asset 2. Registration screen - Email and password input fields, button 3. Sign in - Email and password fields, button, forgot password 4. Forgot password - Email field, button 5. Registration step 2 - Depending on the user type, this screen will vary the input fields but no more than 4 6. Home - Image view, articles, progress indicator 7. Support - List view grouped by letter 8. Support filtered - List view with contacts filtered from the previous screen selection 9. Support detail - Labels 10. Library - Articles grouped by video/no video 11. Library filtered - Articles filtered by the previous screen selection 12. Article - Image and HTML content 13. Calendar - Previous/next months with any events listed below 14. Add/edit event - Ability to add/edit an event to the users calendar with a reminder 15. More/User options - Notifications on/off, change user type, view privacy/terms The above is 90% of the features we require and there is nothing out of the ordinary (non native capabilities). You will use standard phone features/elements (nav bar, popup/overlays, calendars etc). There are a few calculations that need to be done but I can explain those when the time comes. There is a REST backend and all end points and JSON has been created so you will need to build using these. I can share designs, end points and JSON format with the winning bidder but please, no time wasters. DO NOT bid unless you can prove you can build this type of app. This means you are required to provide sample work YOU have completed. You will also be required to develop to include at least 90% of Android devices (could be version 4.4 (API 19)). I will provide 4 milestones (parts): 1. 1/4 for when delivery of source files for at least the sign, registration and forgot password screens. These MUST be fully functional. 2. 1/4 for when delivery of 3 other sections are delivered. Again, these need to be fully functional AND must be linked correctly to part 1. 3. 1/4 for when all other screens are delivered and fully functional. 4. 1/4 (plus bonus of our choosing) once UAT has been completed our end.
