Advanced click program v2

Hello, I need a coder that can code a important program for me, I can describe it a little bit but exact i will describe it in the pm system if you are interested. The program needs to works with proxy's clicks on things , time intervals etc etc ( i will descibe more in pm ) I dont know in wich language u need to make it or can make it , and i dont know the skills u need. I'm not paying upfront that means. If you are done with the program you need to send it to me then im gonna test everything on my pc if its working then you get the money.
