Add functionality to an existing C# MVC web app with REST function

What I have: I have a simple MVC C# web application program with three tabs (using Jquery) with login and logout functionality. This web app accesses a MS SQL 2008 R2 data base with only 5 tables. The tabs do certain functionality by accessing the DB. I have also an exposed REST function that is called and information is passed to be saved/deleted/edited from the DB. The REST function additionally may calls one function in an API to send sms text message. The whole thing is hosted in [login to view URL] and I can use it and it is working fine. What you will be developing: 1- Add/edit another four tabs to the web app to do the following: See description below. 2- Currently the REST function receives information and it will act on it. For example it receive a command string of the form: "Add18001239999:John Smith:G12" Then it will add this person to the data base under group which has groupcode=12. Search for a specific row and edit the information related to it (I will show you what table you will be searching in, what information to display and to edit), alter/delete specific field in the data base for all rows that have specific value in another field. Also delete all rows that have specific value in one field, and three more functions like these. b. Tab2: Will expose a text box that user can input a message. Have two dropdown selection fields that are populated from the DB and can be selected. Also this tab has a button to say "send" which will get all rows in the DB based on the values specified in the pull down selection and using the entered text and calls the REST function repeatedly to send SMS messages. c. Tab 3: Will be specified later but the complexity is the same as Tab 1 or Tab 2 above. d. Tab 4: Will be specified later but the complexity is the same as Tab 1 or Tab 2 above. 2- Currently the REST function receives information and it will act on it. Every other day you should send me the code (solution) that I can build using VS2010 with description on how to upload it onto GoDaddy, what has been done and what needs to be done next. After coding the whole project there will be few changes/additions that will be made before declaring that the project is completed.
