ASP/.Net / SQL Server 2000 App Debug & Update

We have an application that has been disabled by some changes in the database. We need someone with Microsoft ASP & .Net coding skills to open logs and investigate the errors,and then repair the application so that it works again. It's simple application so we feel the work will take under 5 hours to do. Our team is very busy and this app. has been dormant for a while. For security reasons we must restrict access and therefore you should factor this into your quote. Please do not respond with "ok send me the files".
