DHTML or Flash Design - Need Quality and Speed URGENT

I have separated this from original request. I need a flash template or any other sort of web browser technology that Runs on Win 2k servers. I will need 4 screens - 1 is a UI for Content Management. The other 3 screens can be seen at [login to view URL] 1st screen: [login to view URL] 2nd screen: [login to view URL] 3rd [login to view URL] 4th Screen needs to be a Admin UI for updating the content. Note there is a navigation bar on the RIGHT side that should be included. I have indicated 1 day as delivery time however I need it Sunday (3 days) by 6pm EST -5GMT Please note: The selected designer will become our prefered vendor. This is a chance for a talented individual to become part of our Design Team and gain exposure to high profile Corporate and Collegiate accounts and work on projects from end to end.
