Basic ActiveX or ASP Photo Editor

For our internal CRM site, we need the following. A popup application that allows users to edit a JPEG, GIF, or BMP photo that is already on the website. We will do the integration but would like the source code. The application must have the following functions. 1) Allows an easy interactive process for users to crop the photo. 2) Users can rotate the photo in 90 degree increments, left or right. 3) Users can see the the original size of the photo and can reduce it to any percentage of that size from 99% to 10%. 4) Users can see the amount of disk space (in K) the current photo takes up. They can also see the estimated amount of disk space the revised photo would take up. 5) User can press save button, and that will overwrite the existing photo of the server. User can also press Cancel to exit without changes. I am looking to work with someone that already has most of this code.
