Need help with 3dvista stitcher 4

Hello, I'm looking for some help with the 3DVista Stitcher 4 software. I'm hoping to find someone who can help me troubleshoot issues that I have with the software running on my Windows Operating System. I have finally gotten to the point where I just can't figure out the solution to my problem and need a little bit of help. It is not urgent, so I don't need to speed up the process, but I would really appreciate any help I can get. the program don't want to stitch my photos automaticly. it always ask me to do it manualy. Same photos on PTGUI and there is no problems. PTGUI is very expensive, that's why i want to work with the logiciel i already pay for. Any idea ? I need someone to show me how to fix that issue.
