I am looking for a freelancer who can create a 3D model for me based on a blueprint PDF/CAD file. The specific details of the project are as follows: Type of 3D Model: Architectural Software Requirements: I am flexible with the software that will be used to create the 3D model. Level of Detail: The 3D model Interior and Exterior, included in walkthrough of each part of interior of house and exterior. should be at an Professional level of detail. Using software Lumion and 3dmax etc Design a Complete 3D model of Blueprint provided (PDF and CAD will be provided) 3D Model will be needed for interior and Exterior Inspiration/Design ideas will be provided by me . Please note^ that Textures, Moldings, Walls, Stairs, Flooring, Lighting, Appliances, sinks, Bathrooms, Kitchens, Dining rooms , Decor and all components and all are needed to be incorporated into the design, and match Inspiration/Design provided by me. I will send photos of design as you complete each step, so it can be done efficiently and complete each room to our satisfaction before moving on to the next room. Max time to be spent is 14 days Required to make a realistic High Quality Professional 3D Walkthrough of exterior and interior ( each room stairs etc) Constant updates on each room and required to be open to many revisions until, while project is complete. Definition of Complete project is, 3D model, completed in animated walkthrough of whole house every floor room and stairs/walkways and exterior all angles, that I have confirmed that it has in fact matched with superior precision the design and inspiration idea that I have provided as photos( Textures,Moldings, lighting, placements, materials, appliances, etc). And each room and walkthrough has been satisfactory on our expectations discussed above. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Experience in creating architectural 3D models - Proficiency in using various 3D modeling software - Ability to accurately interpret blueprint PDF/CAD files - Attention to detail to ensure the model accurately represents the original blueprint - Strong communication skills to understand and meet the client's requirements If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your proposal and provide examples of your previous work in architectural 3D modeling.
