Expert 3D Character Animator for an upcoming console FPS game

We are working on a branded 3D First Person Shooter for XBOX, which will be developed in Unity. This game is a sequel to a popular franchise, so we are looking for serious candidates with prior experience. For this project, you will: Create realistic human animations based on mo-cap or video. You will animate first-person arms and the third-person character. The animations will including custom tactical movements and movement transitions e.g. crouch, dive, and reload for various weapons. These animations should blend well with our existing animations as well as our programmatic movements e.g. IK etc. You should be: * An expert animator with years of industry experience working with humanoid characters * Familiar with the game asset pipeline and creating assets for Unity3D * Skilled with 3dsmax or Blender * Experienced in working with hi-res PBR textures/models * Able to work with a cross-functional team of developers, artists, and designers Preferred but not required relevant skills: * Rigging * Photogrammetry * Substance painter * Unity * Git You will be provided: * Textured and rigged .max and .fbx characters * Some existing animations * reference video or mo-cap data
