I am currently using this program I am using it to save Images, Vidoes, and Gifs but I get rate limited very quickly and cant get everything I am trying to get. The program does not have Proxy support so I need a professional to add support for rotation proxies. Ideally, I would be able to upload a list of proxies (100s or 1000s) and the program will use a different proxy for each request so I dont get rate limited.
