I currently have a newly commissioned electric pool heater (that sounds like an aircon unit) on my property adjacent to a neighbours garden area. The neighbours have complained and we are talking through options to mitigate the noise at their receiver location. I'm looking to hire a skilled web developer to fix a html email signature code with tables that stack properly for mobile in Outlook. The current issue is that the code is not displaying correctly in Outlook – the tables stack in desktop view. It needs to work for all mail clients, as it is the receiver who is important.
