I'm looking for someone that can update the design of an existing website.
All content is available but will first need to SEE A CONSTRUCTION TEMPLATE
- Homepage
It needs to be modernized
about construction company

it has different building categories as well as subcategories (nav menu on hover show each subcategory)

include animations
video / images are available ( they have marketers/content creators)

ability to add PDF's and view them on the page ( if possible lazy load PDF's because some pdf's are huge and maybe it's better for them to load at the end or only if clicked to prevent users from loading to long)
bottom right a pop-up with: Any questions?
If clicked goes to contact page

there is a search section, if something is searched for goes go to an overview page with all the categories and subcategories

animations to make the website feel more smooth

- Contact form
captcha anti spam ( easy version)
users first get the option to select one of these 6 options
offerte - levering - afhaling - stock - technische vraag - overige

all selections have the same fields:
naam
email
gsm
bericht

If selection offerte is selected
extra field categorie

if selection levering is selected
extra field: adres

If selection afhaling is selected
dropdown with 4 options

when a selection is made: the first option has to be in the subject of the mail
For example:
WEBSITE | OFFERTE
WEBSITE | LEVERING
…
- Footer
add the bottom of the site there need to be an option to go all the way to the top again
all the categories and subcategories

- House style
colors: white, yellow, black, grey
background preferably white
accent color: yellowish: #fcb62d

- CMS
wordpress
on the backend it needs to be able to simply add content (elementor or other suggestions)
create template pages that can be reused ( website contains over 200 similar pages)
