wordpress coding needed

Hi, I have some changes to my site... 1. change 2 images. (images already edited) 2. On one page add 5 audio files - each about 10 minutes long. It should have the option to download the file as well as play it online. 3. install disqus - which i have to coding for - for comments. 4. add facebookfan page 5. Upload 5 (html already created) pages. (1 page is a including a pop up) to word press. 6. an convert one psd file to html and upload to wordpress. Please indicate how long you estimate it will take... please ignore 'max hours per week' dont use this as a bidding reference point. could be less :) or more :) I am looking for very competent coder to continue working with...
