wordpress speed optimization -- 2

I need an expert in wp code who can make sure and keep this site running long tern with regular use and not next week its back down because a new image was installed or wordpress update. [login to view URL] (a few new issues i have seen is too many fonts and a redirect issue, issues with live chat. Site needs to load in under 2 seconds to pass on gtmetrix or webpagetest. Others seem to do it without with all the same kind of things and woocommerce, no reason i cant. The key is it staying as regular changes will happen like images, blogs etc. Site has the following things currently: Wordfence (considering secupress) Stackpath cdn (willing to change if its really an issue other dev says yes but i think not) Dedicated Server with varnish (just installed but i see no difference) 45 plugins mostly wordpress related Wp Rocket for cache (i also have wp fastest cache and humming bird options) If you get it done and price is good i have 5 more sites. Not going to spend over $100 but work must be guaranteed to last and get to where i say.
