Saleforce Programmer to integrate google apps so that info in SF can be viewed in Google sheets etx. plus more

I have a wordpress site, [login to view URL] that will works with Sales Force as CRM. NEED TO INTEGRATE IT WITH GOOGLE API I just want to start first 4 steps first and then will see how this is working and go from there. We just started with salesforce and want to see if this is indeed what we need to be using etc. 1. people register at my word press site form that is made in SF,([login to view URL]) Web to Lead from. Data presently goes to Sales Force Leads/ site. THIS FORM HAS BEEN CREATED BY ME ALREADY. 2. I need to make the above form also appear in google sheets (SIMILIAR TO THIS ONE: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mOY4BDFCpZc6PdONS2dVgsKKTaoOo8QRhq34gesi_vg/edit#gid=235644443) so people that RSVPed can see who is coming to the meeting ahead of time.. So needs to be saved inside salesforce (Does this already in leads) and outside/externally in google spreadsheet or elsewhere so we can see it. (THIS PART IS NOT DONE) 3. . Need Verticle Response API setup in SF (Email marketing) 4. Need to take attendance for each event and it posts to each record...not sure exactly how best to do this at present Do we set up an Object for Attendance, do we use Volunteers for sales Force or is there something better/easier? lastly, we may just want to use google to add contacts into salesforce since we are use to this way but want to run by you best way to do it. If you do not have experience with these items in Sales Force, please don't respond to this add. If you do, please do. Let us know if you have done all of the above before and can do this job.
