Need a starter wp theme with gulp/sass/browserSync

I followed a lot of tutorials, got some ready-made starter themes out there, they all don't work as I want them and I'm tired of looking and tying to fix this. I just want someone to correct or send me a starter wordpress theme.. I want it like the following: 1 able to use sass so that I can work on a folder called src/sass/[login to view URL] and any changes to this file will compile to the wp normal [login to view URL] 2 can inspect the pages and see which sass compenent is the css rule coming from 3 same with js 4 browsersync so I don't have to reloead the browser everytime I change something 5 show me how I can get a production zip version when I'm done building the theme 6 autoprefixer 7 walk me through the steps and the errors I might get (sending me instructions might be enough) Here's my starter theme (though I can't get it to work, getting errors in cmd), you can modify it or give me a new zip with the above requirements.
