I do not have the time to do this or I would. But I am building a site in Wordpress, I have created a custom post type called services. I have also added a meta key added called _featured. So essentially I want to create an output that will display all services. In addition, any service tagged with the featured meta key would show first and they would not show in the general results. In addition, I also need a filters that will allow the user to filter the results by categories bast on the custom post type I created. The custom post type is called services and the taxonomy is services-category. I would also like the user to be able to filter the results to ONLY show featured. I DO NOT want them to be able to hide any featured results.

You need some CORE custom PHP changes on the plugins of the wordpress site you have for sure. Show me the website and show me the database for these taxonomy and post_type so i will review all and plan it for the time and work and then i will charge you accordingly.
