Build a WordPress site that feeds from the first page of Google images results based on a hashtag

The idea is to have a Wordpress site that loads the first page of Google images results based on any hashtag I set either internally and/or entered in a field in the page. Each hashtag will represent an individual post. Clicking on any of the resulting images will lead to the link associated with it on Google images. Use whatever skills or components are necessary, but I will need the final unencrypted files required to make the site work and be able to replicate with any hosting company. The site must be easily installed and maintained. It doesn't need to install Wordpress, I will only need the instructions to add it to an existing Wordpress site. A concept website where I can see one hashtag sample will be required in order to move on with the project.
