WORD TABLES REARRANGED AND RETYPED

Hi, I have designed a table in WORD in landscape mode. As you insert more rows below, it automatically also inserts the header row at the top of each page. Underneath, in the same doc, is a different design portrait table that I want some of the contents of retyped into the new table. It cannot be cut and pasted because the doc has been converted to WORD from PDF, and when the words are pasted it splits the lines, instead of filling the new box in proper rows. It is about 55 pages. You need to add one row at a time to the new table, copy type from the old table (which is directly underneath) to the new table above, and then delete the row from the old table to help you keep track of what you still have left to copy. This also keeps the next old row close to the new table above, so you can see what to retype. It is a simple job, but a bit fiddly.
