Hi, for emailing the PDF files through Excel I can write the code if you have Office 2016 , I can write a macro that enables you to read the email address, update the word documents and then save the pdf file at specified folder in your computer (which the address can be defined by your self in the Excel). However, just for emailing the, the office version should be 2016 or above (since the object library for mailing updated since then)
