OCR - C#

Hi all. I am attaching a better descrition of my need. But in a few lines it is a software that take a picture by a webcam and "scan" Time Card to export the informations. Software needs some simple register, like company register with few fields, employe register with few fields. Software must read via OCR, recognizing characters. the working hours of each employee. In the attached file you will find some Time Card and scanned images that I did by myself using OCR of my scannner. I need this ready on 10 days.
