I need to automate some functions in an Open Office spreadsheet.
See attached files for examples:
i need to automatically prune and sort the data in the 'DATA' tab and paste it to the 'AIRPORT' tab as in the example:
this is how i manually do this, but i want to automate so that all i need to do is paste the data into the 'DATA' tab and the 'AIRPORt' tab is automatically updated.
I copy and paste ALL the cells from the 'DATA' tab to the 'AIRPORT' tab.
I then select all the cells and sort by column 'J'.
I delete all entries above and below the cells in column J other than 9101
I again select all the cells and sort by B, then D then E.
I paste the title bar at the top, it ends up sorted at the bottom otherwise.
I then select all the cells that have data in them and set the PRINT range.
In addition, since this will be a template, i would like, when saving it, for it to save as the template name and add the lowest and highest date (in the DATA tab) into the file name, such as: SuperTrips 041911 042511
