1) Redesign website from ground up so everything is clean. • Make sure to retain original URLS of web pages as they are already registered in Google Ads • We are using external forms from Cognito Forms for the ff. Web pages - Request A Quote, Contact Us, Supplier Payment / Dollar Purchase, Supplier CNY / RMB Payment, Financing. if you think fetching the form externally slows down the system and an internal form would be faster then create a similar form that would provide us data that we need. • Make sure we have an admin page that would easily allow us to modify/update page contents in the ff. pages as these are occasionally updated. ➢ Contact Us ➢ News ➢ FAQs ➢ Guides/Tips ➢ Calculator Dollar rate (we don’t need to display current rate as this would be used by the system internally) ➢ Calculator RMB rate (we don’t need to display current rate as this would be used by the system internally) • Retain calculator function in Financing, Supplier Payment / Dollar Purchase, Supplier CNY / RMB payment, Shipping Insurance 2) Make sure pagespeed insights speed test would stay at least 50-89 both for desktop and mobile version. Of course higher than this is better. 3) Migrate all the existing functions and database from existing website to this new site. Our website has a database and has some IP filtering functions 4) We can provide the project specs for the registration and shipping label generation if you want to analyze how these function works 5) Development and testing of this project should be done on a separate domain as operation of our website cannot be interrupted.
