Upgrade a website

Hindi Samaj WA is a not-for-profit organisation based in Australia. It is looking to upgrade its existing website www.hindisamajwa.org. The current website is very poorly made and designed. What Hindi samaj is looking for now is to improve the website with a nice wordpress design that will have a menu, large image and tag line on the front page. The requirements of the website are as follows: 1. Language : Bi-lingual site. Language selection on top for a number of Indian languages ( e.g. Hindi or English) 2. Use of Social Media : 2.1 Facebook : FB page where updates, photos and videos can be posted. FB feeds to be straight away displayed on the site. 2.2 You-tube : Channel where Videos can be posted and can be played on site. 2.3 Google Drive (or any other free facility) : To be used to keep reports, archives, newsletters and other bulky stuff to save space on site 2.4 Google Photos (or any other free facility) : To be used for photo gallery 3. New Features in Content (this may be left out of the first phase of web development if it is too expensive) 3.1 Subscription Form: Email subscription form to register for new subscription (visible only to few committee members). 3.2 Auto reminders: Facility to send auto reminder email (e.g. annual members’ subscription renewal). 3.3 Member-list : (Visible only to few members (needs member login page) – Normal Data e.g name, family name, spouse name, children name, address, email ids, Home phone, mobile phones etc.) 3.5 Committee: Photos and brief note about Trustees,current committee members, pathhshala teachers. 3.6 Online payment: Feature enabling members to pay membership amount online using eftpos, credit card, paypal etc. (to be discussed how this would work in practice). 3.7 Other sites links: Links to other useful websites e.g. Hindi learning, Indian Culture, Recipe etc. 3.8 User Name & Password: Member user name and password to access restricted contents of the site (to be discussed). 3.9 Classified Section: Classified section where members can post adverts and others can see. This would probably be chargeable. Classified to be grouped like sell/buy/services/matrimonial etc. 4. Improvement 4.1 New and modern layout 4.2 Site to be responsive and possibly mobile friendly
