Job Title: SAP VIM Trainer Experience: 3-4 Years Availability: Part-Time (Immediate) Job Description: • 3-4 Years of experience in Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) and Invoice Capture Center (ICC) Expert in configuring SAP VIM and ICC Strong background in Accounts Payable Resource should have a technical awareness of SAP VIM ICC to be able to discuss and explain the system fully, and understand how ICC and SAP VIM interfaces work. • SAP Integration and VIM workflow trigger implementation. • VIM Parking and block reason enhancements. • Invoice approval process design and implementation. • Expertise in design and configuration on Document Processing, PO/NonPO Parking Process, and Invoice Approval, VIM Analytics Extensive experience with Open Text VIM including ability to configure Archive Link, VIM Document types, enhance indexing screen, enhance approval class, Configure chart of authority, configure process options.
