Mobile Site Development in Enfold Theme for Wordpress

I am designing a mobile-only website for a client in the next few months. I'll be designing the project in Adobe XD and will need a developer experienced with Enfold theme to develop the site based on my designs. I'd prefer someone who has experience with mobile sites and can ensure menus dynamically resize and that the site looks good on all devices. It would be great if you have extensive Wordpress theme customization experience also. This site will likely have 5 pages, with a straightforward and clean design, including the homepage, and will link to an already established blog. I'll provide you everything you need from the designs to develop. When you apply please tell me approximately how long you think this would take you to complete, and what you might bid for a project like this. If this works out, I'll be designing several more of these sites in the coming months. Most of them will also have a desktop site but the mobile development will still be important.
