Looking a Responsive Web Designer for long term partnership

I am looking for a Responsive Web Designer for a long term partnership. You must have great skills/background on Responsive Web Design and UI/UX design. You MUST work with a Web Design Responsive-compatible tool like Sketch, WebFlow, Macaw, Froont, etc. Skills: responsive-web-design, web-design, css3, html5, ui-design, bootstrap, sketch, webflow, macaw The way the workflow will usually happen is the following: - I will provide you with the wireframe design/idea for all the pages of the website (made on Balsamiq) - I will give you all the required context and explanations for each page - We will discuss the details of UI/UX design for possible changes/improvements - You will then make the design of the pages (to be Responsive, and the exact visuals of how it will look at the end) VERY IMPORTANT: At this point I DONT want designs on PSD/Illustrator to then slice. It is required that you to work with a Web Design Responsive-compatible tool like Sketch, WebFlow, Macaw, Froont, etc. - Finally you will provide the CSS/HTML that will be given to the front-end developer Expected work: - Help me with the UI/UX design definition - Made all design aspects from layout, positioning, shapes, proportions, graphic, coloring, UI elements, custom components design, and very important: RESPONSIVE design - Deliver CSS/HTML as output. OPTIONAL, to test your design skills, I want you to make the design of 1 page I will provide the wireframe mockup to you. This is optional, but can give many extra points to the freelancers that participate. You are bidding now for the first project where the website is done but pending to define a nice design and look&feel. Also is required to made the responsive design part (specially for phone) based on wireframe mockups I will provide to you. It has the following pages (remember all is done, it just needs design improvements and to be 100% responsive): - homepage - Product listing page (with main priority on improving filters design and arrangement) - Product details page - Admin panel: + login + 4 pages in main admin panel options + 9 pages for create product workflow + about 3 small modal windows asking for input For future projects after this one, you will be helping me also to define the UI/UX.
